However, the reason we have an unproven coach and are in another rebuilding year is because Dan Snyder, in his infinite wisdom, chose to roll the dice with Zorn. Perhaps it will work out, perhaps it won’t. It will probably take a few seasons to know for sure.

But part of me thinks that if Snyder had done the right thing and made Gregg Williams the head coach, the team would be in much better shape. No one would have been forced to learn a new system and the team would most likely have been ready to compete going in to this season. The Redskins could have built on what Joe Gibbs started instead of dismantling it and starting over from the ground up.
