Between his positive outlook, 100-watt smile and infectious personality, he quickly became a fan favorite ever since taking over our nation’s capital in 2004.

Last September, as the Redskins headed into their bye week, we caught up with the locker room leader to talk about everything from dealing with his share of adversity two seasons ago to the town where everyone knows his name.
