One thing that all should remember is that Daniel stated last season that time passes differently on the Island, so it could be that in the outside temporal years, Ethan was 27 when we first see him, but in Island years, he could be a few years older. In the end, though, he may just look a bit older because life on the Island can be rough on people. Well, for everyone except Richard Alpert, that is! At any rate, I think it's unlikely that Ethan has been a part of what we would consider extreme temporal shenanigans, but that's just my opinion. :) Zeets: I think it looks like Radzinsky a bit, too. heh. I think same goes with Ethan - they can create an elaborate time-jumping back story, but I think they just want us to forgive their errors and just accept that Ethan was in his 20s in 2004.
