Michael Scott may have moved on to Holly and Pam’s mom, but back in 2007, the only woman for him was Jan Levinson, his unstable former boss at Dunder Mifflin.

Luckily Melora Hardin, who plays Jan, is much more grounded than her character. In 2007, we talked with Hardin about The Office, Monk (on which she plays Adrian Monk’s slain wife, Trudy) and what it feels like to have almost been Marty McFly’s girlfriend.
