1. It's a Wonderful Life
2. Scrooged
3. Elf
4. Lampoons Christmas Vacation
5. Home Alone

Now, I will say that Die Hard is in the top 10 (huge Die Hard fan by the way - my 11th birthday request was that my parents take me to see Die Hard with a Vengence because it was rated R) but these are the 5 I never miss.

While it's a Wonderful Life may seem dated, I really think that the fact that it never fails to make me cry and feel entirely appreciative of everything in my life is what makes it #1.

The Christmas movies (even if they're not Christmas movies, but have Christmas in it) that I watch every year are as follows (but in no ranked order):

Charlie Brown Christmas, Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Better off Dead, How the Grinch Stole Christmas (drink every time they say "Who"), Christmas Vacation, and, yes, I watch three versions of A Christmas Carol: my Dad's favorite (the George C. Scott version), my sister's favorite (the musical one), and my favorite (Muppet's Christmas Carol).

And I'd help you pronounce Joyeux Noël properly, but I'm too busy putting gravy on my french fries.
