Hobo Radio 232 – Remembering Michael Clarke Duncan

Talented dramatic and comedic actor Michael Clarke Duncan passed away unexpectedly over the Labor Day holiday. On this week’s show, Joel Murphy and Lars pay tribute to this great man and talk about their favorite roles from his career.

Joel asks Lars if he cried during The Green Mile, which opens up a conversation between the two on strange movies that got them choked up. They also discuss good movies to show to girls they invite back to their houses. And that’s just in the opening segment. There’s so much more goodness packed inside this show.

How well does A Time To Kill hold up? Does a comedy need anything more than “farts” and “boobs”? Is it a bad idea to watch “Call Me Maybe” moments before starting your podcast? The answers to these questions and more are in this week’s podcast.

This week’s music:

  • Intro – “Giddy Up” by Tahuna Breaks
  • End – “Please Jesus Dont Let Me Go To Jail Tonight” by Stout City Luchadores
