Sweet Kimchi Gibbler
  • 1 sourdough bagel (recipe here, or store bought)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp kimchi (recipe here, or store bought)
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 2 slices aged white cheddar
  1. Preheat panini press or skillet.
  2. Spread cream cheese on one half of bagel. Top with kimchi, followed by bacon, then cheddar.
  3. Place on heated surface, press and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until crispy and melty. Flip halfway through if using skillet.
  4. Remove to a plate. How food!
