Sweet Kimchi Gibbler
- 1 sourdough bagel (recipe here, or store bought)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp kimchi (recipe here, or store bought)
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crispy
- 2 slices aged white cheddar
- Preheat panini press or skillet.
- Spread cream cheese on one half of bagel. Top with kimchi, followed by bacon, then cheddar.
- Place on heated surface, press and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until crispy and melty. Flip halfway through if using skillet.
- Remove to a plate. How food!
