Cheesy Kimchi Gibbler
  • 1 sourdough bagel (recipe here, or store bought)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp kimchi (recipe here, or store bought)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  1. Preheat panini press or skillet.
  2. Spread cream cheese on one half of bagel. Top with kimchi. Spread the other half with peanut butter.
  3. Place on heated surface, press and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until crispy. Flip halfway through if using skillet.
  4. Remove to a plate. Enjoy your San Francisco treat.
