Cheesy Kimchi Gibbler
- 1 sourdough bagel (recipe here, or store bought)
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp kimchi (recipe here, or store bought)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Preheat panini press or skillet.
- Spread cream cheese on one half of bagel. Top with kimchi. Spread the other half with peanut butter.
- Place on heated surface, press and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until crispy. Flip halfway through if using skillet.
- Remove to a plate. Enjoy your San Francisco treat.
