In America, the biggest problem we have with bears are their mischievous habit of stealing our picnic baskets. But in the Ukraine, bears hang out in bars and get wasted on Vodka given to them by drunk patrons. Ukraine’s Environment Minister Mykola Zlochevsky is seeking to put an end to these shenanigans.
